Life hacks for people who love enjoyment A few weeks ago, I wrote about the strategies I use to get me out of a βmehβ mood. This week, I wanted to talk about a strategy I use to get out of a melancholic mood. PS I separate melancholy from depression which is a medical condition that is best supported through clinical support.
I can completely relate to this. For me, personally I found that I feel the most melancholic when I'm about to get my period. It took me a long time to realise this because I never really thought PMS was a thing. Also I'd get the bursts of melancholy at random, not every month like clock work. But over time, I'd find myself inexplicably miserable and it hit me what was going on. Since I realised this, it has helped me manage my feelings.
