Love this!! Alsooooo therapist recommended Vitamin D with K2 and thaaaat has really helped me knock off my general feeling of meh

Seeing this post notification today made me excited. “I was like Yas is back”.

This resonates with my current state and I’m glad to know that I’m not alone.

I will definitely pay more attention to the activities that make me more fulfilled.

This is me! Took a break from work and I feel so meh…. Yesterday was worse, but today I feel way better. I started my day with drinking a cup of warm water, stretching and exercise for an hour.I feel whole going to tick off some my to do list soon.

I am trying to discover activities I will enjoy, I just have to get my ass of this couch.
