A nice cup of relaxing tea before bed is a gift. Right now I’m loving Well-Kanda from Brooklyn Team. If you can’t get your hands on this, just google a “sleep time tea” and you’ll get so many options. I know chamomile is a favorite, though I think it tastes like ass.
Try sleeping earlier and seeing if you can wake up at a reasonable time without an alarm clock. Most of us have been waking up to a startle all our lives: our parents waking up to get to school, our alarms waking up . Imagine a life where your body naturally wakes itself up at a nice and early hour. It’s possible. I got into a routine of sleeping at 9/10pm and I get up naturally at 5/6am. It’s delightful.
